The Verdana

The Verdana is a mid-rise residential project designed to challenge the conventional aesthetics of typical builder developments. The architecture explores a rhythmic play of solids and voids through recessed volumes, gridded screens, and a neutral-toned material palette that ages gracefully.

The façade is articulated with a series of framed balconies and breathable planes, creating not only visual depth but functional climate response — ensuring shade, privacy, and passive ventilation. Minimal ornamentation and the integration of greenery through structural screens add a biophilic layer, softening the form while enhancing the everyday living experience.

This project reflects a restrained yet expressive approach, where spatial calm and construction logic merge to offer homes that breathe, balance, and belong.
